Privacy policy

This policy explains what information about you the website of the Francuzov Real Estate agency and the agency itself receive, why it is needed, to whom and for how long it is passed on, and how you can exercise control over it. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”.

The processor of personal data is Francuzov Real Estate Limited Liability Company, registered in the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia on 31 July 2026 under number 999.110.1599776, taxpayer identification number 01385515.

• When you contact us — your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write or tell us yourself — by phone, in a messenger or by email. The site has no forms, no registration and no personal accounts.
• When you open the site — the technical information your browser sends with every request: IP address, browser and device type, page address and time of the request. The site has no visitor counters and no advertising trackers.
• Cookie — the site stores only one file in your browser — “cur”, holding the currency you chose for prices, so that prices keep showing in it. The language of the site is kept in the page address, not in a cookie.

• To answer your enquiry, find suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• To prepare and accompany a transaction you entrust to us, on the basis of our agreement with you.
• To keep the site running, available and protected from abuse.
• To meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and without your consent do not make decisions based on it that have legal consequences for you.

• Yandex Maps — the map on the About us page and the area maps on listing pages are loaded from Yandex servers. While they load, Yandex receives technical information about your browser and may store its own cookies under its own rules.
• YouTube videos — videos in listings are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: the cover image is loaded from YouTube servers, and the video itself only after you start it.
• Listing photos — are loaded from the server of the listings database provider, which receives the same technical information as our server.
• Messengers and social networks — the WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube buttons open those services, and your correspondence and data there are processed under their rules.

• Contractors who keep the site and the listings database running — to the extent this work requires.
• Other parties to a transaction — the seller, buyer, landlord or notary — only within your transaction and with your consent.
• Public authorities — only in cases provided for by law.

• Information from enquiries and transactions — for as long as it is needed to work with you, and then for the periods set by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
• The currency cookie — one year, or until you delete it in your browser.
• Technical information about requests — no longer than needed to run and protect the site.

The site transfers data over a secure HTTPS connection. Information from enquiries is available only to the agency staff who need it for their work, and we take the technical and organisational measures required by law to protect data from loss, unlawful access and disclosure.

• To receive information about your personal data, the purposes and grounds of its processing and who it is passed on to.
• To see your data and require it to be rectified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the purposes of processing.
• To withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
• To appeal against our actions or inaction to the Personal Data Protection Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia or in court, and to claim compensation for damage as provided by law.
