Sales — 2% of the transaction amount (the final property value).
Rentals — 50% of the first month's rent.

What does the commission include?

Full legal support for the transaction at no extra cost.
Organizing property viewings and verifying documents.

When do you pay?

Only after the successful completion of the transaction.

We reply within one working day. We arrange viewings, check the documents and see the transaction through to registration with the Cadastre.
